Start with these three signs

  • The membership is absent from your account
  • Cancellation requires a fee
  • The call is transferred to a supposed bank

How the situation unfolds

  1. Contact

A call claiming to be from a shopping or payment platform.

  2. The lure

Recurring fees will start unless support cancels them.

  3. The demand and outcome

Fake support transfers you to a fake banker who requests card details and a savings transfer.

Verify these things before paying

  1. Check subscriptions in the official app
  2. Verify with in-app support independently
  3. Do not transfer money under caller guidance

Already engaged or paid?

  1. End the transferred call and sharing
  2. Contact the real platform and bank
  3. Document charges and report

Contact your payment provider and local police promptly. The responsible institution must confirm whether a payment can be stopped, disputed or returned.
