How enquiry information is sent and used
After consent and submission, six enquiry details are sent through this site’s endpoint and Telegram bot to the team’s receiving chat for enquiry contact only. An unconnected form sends nothing. The form does not automatically call third-party AI services.

1. Reading pages
Guides, articles and sessions can be read without an account. Reading a page does not automatically submit an enquiry.
2. Information collected
The form collects your name or preferred name, email, phone number / WhatsApp, amount lost with currency, scam type and brief summary. Language, consent status, submission reference and abuse-prevention fields are also sent to validate requests and identify records. There is no file upload, and private keys, seed phrases, passwords, verification codes and full bank card numbers are not requested.
3. Telegram delivery
After consent, this site’s endpoint calls the Telegram bot to send the six enquiry details to the team’s configured receiving private chat or group. Team members with access to that chat can view the information for enquiry contact and discussion of next steps. Telegram is the third-party communication platform receiving the information; chat history is also affected by its platform and the receiving team’s settings.
4. Connection and delivery status
The page first checks whether the form is connected. An unconnected form does not send entries. Success is shown only after the server confirms that Telegram accepted the message; it does not mean the team has read it or completed analysis. A clearly failed send retains entries for manual retry. An unknown delivery state prevents another submission; contact the team by email or phone to check the reference first.
5. AI-assisted analysis
The form does not automatically run AI analysis or send enquiry information to third-party AI services. The team subsequently uses AI to help organise transaction timelines and related payment clues, with human verification. Discuss the detailed records, scope of use and next steps with the team.
6. Retention and handling requests
Before submission, form entries remain in the current page state and are not written to this site’s persistent browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page may clear them. Delivered enquiries may remain in the team’s Telegram chat history. Browser autofill is controlled by browser settings. The page has no self-service deletion of received messages and promises no fixed retention period. To correct information or discuss deletion, contact the team through the listed email or phone to confirm the applicable process and platform limitations.
7. Checklists and external content
Response checklist progress is stored in this browser and can be reset on the response page or removed by clearing site data. Page photographs are supplied with the project. Loading or playing external video and opening source links sends requests to their respective services. The enquiry form adds no advertising pixels or analytics events containing personal information.
8. Other contact channels
Email and phone links open device applications without automatically sending email or making calls. Information sent through those channels is handled by the respective communication service. Check the recipient first.
