Your records
Keep the pieces that tell the story.
Messages and payment details are easier to review when they are kept together. Start with what you have, and leave room for what is still missing.

Keep it simple
A payment log is a good place to start.
List each payment separately. A short note about the request behind it can make the sequence easier to follow.
| When | Payment | Recipient | Record |
|---|---|---|---|
| Date & time | Amount, currency & method | Name or address shown | Receipt or transaction ID |
| Include time zone | Keep each transfer separate | Copy it exactly | Note anything still missing |
Keep the original. Add notes to a copy.
Preserve the files as you received them. If you make a screenshot, include enough context to show who was speaking and when. A cropped image can leave an important detail out.
Write “unknown” when you do not know something. A guess should not look like a confirmed fact.
Some details should stay private.
Never include passwords, verification codes, wallet seed phrases, private keys, full card numbers, or Social Security numbers in a contact form. Do not reconnect to a suspicious website just to collect another screenshot.
You do not need to upload a complete case file to ask us about a review. We can discuss which records matter once we understand the situation.
