Information & privacy

Privacy notice

This notice describes how JIANWEI handles information submitted through this website's case review form.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Information you provide

The initial review form asks for your name, email address, phone number, approximate amount lost and currency, scam type, and a brief summary. It also records your agreement to this notice and a submission reference used to check delivery.

The form does not upload supporting files. Do not include passwords, verification codes, private keys, seed phrases, full account or card numbers, Social Security numbers, or identity documents in your summary.

2. How the information is used

Your information helps the team understand your request, contact you about it, and discuss whether record organization or transaction analysis may help. A request is not an instruction to contact your bank, the other party, or an authority on your behalf.

Submitting the form does not send your records to an on-site AI analysis system. Any later work and the records needed for it should be discussed separately.

3. Providers involved in delivery

Cloudflare
The deployed website and inquiry endpoint run on Cloudflare. The hosting provider may process request information, such as network and device information, to operate its service.
Telegram
When delivery is configured, the form fields are sent through a Telegram bot to the team's designated chat. Anyone with access to that receiving chat may be able to read the message. Bot messages are cloud messages, not end-to-end encrypted Secret Chats.
Delivery records
The inquiry service may keep a submission reference, a fingerprint of the request, delivery status, a message reference, and a timestamp when receipt storage is enabled.

The form's message does not include browser IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or cookies. Provider handling remains subject to their own policies: Cloudflare and Telegram. These providers may process information outside your state or country.

4. Storage and retention

Delivered inquiries can remain in the receiving Telegram chat and records used to handle the request. This website does not apply a fixed automatic deletion period to those messages or optional delivery receipts.

If you want to ask about information you previously sent, contact the team using the route below. Deletion of a team-held message does not guarantee removal of every provider-held copy or technical record.

5. Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. If you submit it, share only enough information to explain the request. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, identify the email address used and your submission reference, if available. Do not send identity documents just to make a privacy inquiry.

Contact the team.

6. Other websites and changes

Links to payment providers and official reporting services take you to other organizations. Their forms and privacy practices are separate from this website.

This notice may change when the website or its inquiry process changes. The update date above identifies this version.
