A second promise can become a second loss.
An offer to get your money back deserves the same careful checking as any other financial decision. Start with questions, not another payment.

Recognize the pattern
Be cautious when someone says…
- “We can guarantee you'll get it all back.”
A transaction trail is not a guarantee that funds can be returned.
- “Pay this fee to release your funds.”
A surprise tax, unlocking fee, or repeated payment demand can be part of another scam.
- “We are working with the FBI.”
Verify any claimed official connection directly with the agency. Private businesses cannot issue seizure orders.
- “Send your wallet recovery phrase.”
Never share a seed phrase, private key, password, or verification code. These can give someone control of your account.
The FBI has warned about fraudulent crypto recovery businesses, including false official connections and repeated fee requests. Read the FBI alert.
Ask for specifics before agreeing.
- What work will you actually do?
Ask whether the service organizes records, traces public transactions, provides legal representation, or does something else. These are different tasks.
- What will I receive?
Ask how findings are presented, what they can establish, and which conclusions remain uncertain.
- What are the terms?
Ask for the scope and any fees in writing. A vague promise is not a description of a service.
- How will you handle my information?
Find out who receives your records and which contact channels are official. Share only what is needed.
Our approach is grounded in records.
JIANWEI uses AI to assist with organizing information. People review the important details and discuss the analysis of available funds trails. We separate what the records show from what still needs to be established.
We do not guarantee recovery or claim authority to reverse payments, freeze accounts, or issue legal orders.

Keep the messages, advertisements, payment receipts, and contact details. Report the payment to the provider you used, and include the recovery offer in your official complaint.
